Returns & Exchanges
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you don’t absolutely love your jewelry, you can return your pieces in exchange for store credit only. Jewelry must not be worn and must be in original condition.
If you do want to exchange your piece for a different one, or if you want store credit, please email marketing@shoplayed.com with the subject line as ‘Exchange Request’ with your order number. The exchange must be done within 14 days of receiving your package.
DAMAGED/MISSING PACKAGES
If any of your pieces are damaged when opening your package, please send an email to marketing@shoplayed.com with the subject line “Damaged Package” with your order number and include a photo of the damaged piece. If approved, we will send you a replacement piece.
All packages are out of our control once they leave our facility. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping provider with the tracking number.
