ORDERS

Where can I find my order confirmation?
You should receive an order confirmation via email as soon as you place your order. If you don’t receive it within an hour, please contact us at marketing@shoplayed.com and we will re-send it to you.

Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed?
You can cancel it as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Please email marketing@shoplayed.com to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to the return policy.
